Arnold (Columnar variety)
Upright and narrow form of the native tulip tree with branches growing right next to the central leader and trunk.  Strong yellow fall color with tulip-shaped flowers.  Food source for the Tiger swallowtail butterfly.   Height 50 ft. Spread 15 ft.

 

Liriodendron tulipifera commonly known as Arnold (Columnar variety) is appropriate for Zone 4-9.
